@falcom: no radar guns needed. after all, everything needed to measure the speed of something is a known distance and the time that something needs to travel it, both can be quite easily obtained from the video. the only problem would be to get a cars licence plate. cross-referencing with the footage from ground cameras, anyone? hmm, the more I think about the possibilities, the scarier this gets... I'll stop NOW!
